A kitchen that works the way you do.
Every project starts with how you use the room: who cooks, where people gather, what needs to be within reach. Laura plans the layout, cabinet sizes and storage around those answers, then walks you through door styles, wood species and finishes until the design feels right.
Kitchen Islands
The center of the room.
The island is where homework happens, guests gather and dinner gets made. We design islands with seating, prep sinks, drawer storage, appliance space and furniture-style details, sized so traffic still flows around them.

Warm wood tones are back in a big way, alongside painted cabinetry in softer colors. Whether your home calls for a classic shaker, a slab-front modern look or something in between, we help you choose finishes that suit the house and hold up to daily life.

Do you work with my interior designer or contractor?
Yes. We work with homeowners, interior designers and contractors across the Bay Area, and we share cabinet drawings so everyone is working from the same plan.
How does the design process start?
With a design consultation. Laura learns how you use your kitchen, then develops a layout and walks you through door styles, woods and finishes.
Do you design kitchens for new construction as well as remodels?
Yes, both. We can start from an existing kitchen or from your architect's plans for a new home.
Can you help me choose cabinet styles and finishes?
Yes. We'll help you compare door styles, wood species and paint colors, and choose what suits your home rather than a passing trend.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Millbrae and work with homeowners across the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Peninsula and South Bay.
Do you design pantries and other built-ins too?
Yes. Laura designs cabinetry for the whole house, from custom pantries and living room built-ins to vanities, closets and laundry rooms.
